The short version

If CubeCoach does not work for you, write to us within [14] days and we will refund you. No form to fill in, no reason needed.

How

E-mail [YOUR EMAIL] from the address you bought with, or use the receipt from Lemon Squeezy. Refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 working days depending on your bank.

Why we are relaxed about this

Scanning and the first stage are free precisely so you can see whether the camera gets on with your cube and your lighting before paying. If something still goes wrong afterwards, we would rather refund you than argue.

After a refund

Your licence key stops working and the locked stages return to their free state. Your scans and progress stay on your device.
