The camera

Your camera feed is processed entirely in your browser, on your device. Video frames are never uploaded, never stored, and never seen by us or anyone else. Nothing about the cube you scan leaves your device.

What we collect

• Your e-mail address, when you give it at the checkout step. We use it to send your receipt and licence key, and to give you your unlock back if you change device.
• Marketing consent, only if you tick the optional box: we store the wording you agreed to and the date, so we can show what you consented to.
• Country, derived from your connection by our host so we can show the right currency. Your IP address is not stored by us.
• Your progress and unlock, kept in your browser’s local storage, not on a server.

Payments

Purchases are handled by Lemon Squeezy, which is the seller of record. They collect your payment details and billing information under their privacy policy. We never see your card details.

Who else sees your data

Our host (Cloudflare) processes requests to serve the site. Lemon Squeezy processes payments. That is the whole list: we do not sell or share your address with anyone, and there is no advertising or cross-site tracking on this site.

How long we keep it

E-mail addresses are kept until you ask us to delete them. Purchase records are kept as long as tax rules require, which is usually [7 YEARS / YOUR RULE].

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct or delete it, or withdraw marketing consent at any time (every marketing e-mail has an unsubscribe link). Write to [YOUR EMAIL] and we will act within 30 days.

Children

CubeCoach is not aimed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
